DESCRIPTION:The training will be held on Saturday\, August 30th\, 2025\, at the Maison de la Femme (Av. Eglantine 6\, Lausanne). \nThe full agenda is as follows: \n\n9h45: Registration opens with a welcoming breakfast offered by Division D. This is a great opportunity to connect with other officers before the training officially begins.\n10h30: The event officially kicks off with our keynote speaker.\n\nMorning Session: \n\n\n\nKeynote Speech: Louis Becker presents “The Power Pitch: Introduce Yourself in 30 Seconds\,” sharing his secrets for speaking with impact.\nWorkshop: Néstor Bartolomei (former PR Manager of the District) and Franklin Moya (Area Director D2) will lead a one-hour session on branding and boosting your club’s online presence.\n\n\n\nLunch Break: We will have a one-hour break for lunch. Please feel free to bring your own meal or explore the many nearby restaurants. \nAfternoon Session: \n\n\n\nSession: Franziska Gräppi (Area Director D3) will run a session on the Moments of Truth.\nParallel Sessions: We will conclude the day with two parallel sessions:\n\nTrack 1: Magdalena Bednarek and Alexia Fortez (Area Directors D1 and D4) will lead a session on the essential tools of the trade (Easy-Speak\, Pathways\, and Basecamp).\nTrack 2: Pietro Ferrario (Division Director) will lead a networking exercise specifically for our more experienced club officers.\n\n\n\n\n16h00: Event ends.\n\nKeynote Speaker: Louis Becker \nWe are honored to have Louis Becker\, founder of Memantia and a pitch expert\, opening our training. His mission is to help people speak with clarity and conviction. Louis’s keynote will provide you with practical tips on how to craft a powerful 30-second introduction that truly resonates with your audience.
