We have negotiated a very special rate for the superior rooms in Hotel Rila. This rate is only available for attendants of the conference and can be extended by up to 5 days before and after the event, so you can combine the conference with a relaxing holiday in Borovets. Check our registration page for details.
Please note that we do not handle hotel bookings, we only facilitate the booking form. Your room booking will be directly with Hotel Rila. Please also be aware that only as a hotel guest you will be able to attend the conference.
What could be better after a long day playing games of words than to relax in a jacuzzi or get steamed up in the sauna? One of the highlights of the venue are the superb spa facilities…..and we are even going to do some speaking games here!! Sauna Contest, here we come!
Three restaurants and two bars await with Bulgarian and international cuisine. Room prices for the duration of the conference (6 to 8 December) are half board and include buffet lunch and dinner as well as breakfast every morning. For the additional days (1 to 5 and 9 to 13 December), our special room rate only includes breakfast, and you have a free choice of the various restaurants.
For all the wannabe 007’s among you, pack your tux and get ready for a night of gambling in the in-house casino.
…and dance the night away
What would a Toastmasters event be without a party? Apart from the traditional gala dinner and party, the hotel offers an in-house night club, After Eleven. It will most certainly be after eleven when you go to bed!
A Winter Wonderland awaits….
We cannot guarantee snow – but with a bit of luck, Borovets will look like this.
