The District 109 winter event takes places in Lugano this year.
In our midst we’ll have a group of public speaking champions seldom seen in one place. Opening the event will be WCPS multi-finalist, Fursey Gotuaco, DTM, John Zimmer, DTM, and this year’s World Champion of Public Speaking, Sabyasachi Sengupta (Saby). Joined by Carina Schey, DTM who will present a workshop on how to organise contests, and Margherita Brodbeck Roth, DTM who will host a panel discussion with contest winners.
In the evening, Michelle Sabatini will present a mystery event!
The main event is on Saturday 22 November 2025 at the LUGANODANTE Boutique & Lifestyle Hotel. Informal events will be arranged for Friday evening and Sunday (boat trip on the lake, or hike on the local mountains, depending on interest).
