As part of our TLIx nine-part online learning series, we are delighted to invite you to an evening dedicated to one of the most valuable leadership skills: giving effective feedback.
💬 Join us on Thursday, 6 August, as Alex Kiriakov presents “Feedback 101 for Club Officers.” In this engaging session, you’ll discover practical techniques to deliver feedback that motivates, encourages growth, and strengthens your club culture. Whether you’re leading meetings, mentoring members, or supporting your officer team, these skills will make a lasting difference.
Each TLIx session counts as one hour of Club Officer Training (COT), so every session you attend contributes to your officer education.
