The first speech is only the beginning of a member’s Toastmasters journey. Great leaders know how to keep the enthusiasm alive and help members continue growing beyond their first milestone.
As part of our TLIx nine-part online learning series, we warmly invite you to join a session dedicated to one of the most important responsibilities of every Club Officer: creating an environment where members stay engaged, motivated, and inspired.
✨ Join us on Wednesday, 12 August, as Lisa Marie Gelhaus presents “Keeping the Flame Alive after the Icebreaker.” This inspiring session will explore practical ways to support members after their first speech, encourage continued participation, and help build a club culture where everyone feels connected and motivated to grow.
Each TLIx session counts as one hour of Club Officer Training (COT), so every session you attend contributes to your officer education and leadership development.
