As a District Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and guiding our clubs, helping members achieve their goals, and promoting the Toastmasters mission of developing leaders and communicators. | 1 December 2025 | Opening of call for candidates. Official announcement with open roles, forms and DLC Chair Contact. |
| 31 January 2026 | Closing of candidate application. Deadline for candidate intent forms to the DLC. |
| 29 March 2026 | Submission of the DLC report to the District Director. The DLC Chair officially submits the written report. |
| 6 April 2026 | Publication of the DLC report to the District Council. The District Director emails and posts on the website the report with nominated candidates. |
| 3 May 2026 | Deadline for floor candidates. Last day to declare intent to run from the floor. |
| 4 May 2026 | Candidate Showcase. Presentations of candidates nominated by the DLC + declared floor candidates. |
| 10 May 2026 | Annual Business Meeting/Elections. |
