DECM

The District Executive Committee Meeting (DECM) is one of the most important leadership meetings in a Toastmasters district. It brings together the District Executive Committee—including the District Trio, Division Directors, Area Directors, and District leaders—to review progress, make key decisions, and ensure the district is moving toward its strategic goals.
