✨Dr. Jean Gamester has been serving Toastmasters as a Board Member since 2022, acting as a true ambassador for the organization and helping shape policies that support its mission worldwide.
Beyond Toastmasters, she is a Business School Lecturer and Student Experience Manager at The Open University (UK), where she teaches leadership, strategy, creativity, and innovation, while mentoring MBA students on their research journeys.
With a rich background in change and consulting across public, private, and non-profit sectors, Jean brings global experience in strategy, technology, and organizational development.
Her academic path includes a Doctorate in Organizational Change and Master’s degrees in HR Management and Economics.
