As part of our ongoing efforts to streamline and enhance the club visit processes, we continue to build on the success of our initiative titled “Key Questions Beyond Club Visit Reports.”
This initiative addresses the importance of updating the demographics of the clubs in our district—particularly for clubs with sponsors—as these details are often not captured in standard club visit reports. By capturing consistent and actionable insights during visits, we can better identify trends and opportunities throughout our district.
To support this initiative, area managers complete a survey (via Google Form) during each club visit. Their insights play a crucial role in ensuring that we gather consistent and actionable information, ultimately driving improvements in our processes.
