Club Officer Training is much more than a requirement—it is an investment in yourself, your club, and your members. Whether you are serving in your role for the first time or have years of experience, there is always something new to learn, new ideas to discover, and best practices to exchange.

During our two interactive sessions, we will cover both the operational and strategic aspects of club leadership.

📌 Part 2 – Strategic Master Class

In our second session, we will look beyond daily operations and focus on the bigger picture: creating a positive club culture, planning for sustainable growth, measuring success, supporting members through Pathways, and exploring how clubs contribute to the success of our entire Division and District.
